Our main goal is always to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with our service and products.
In order to make this happen:

• We kindly ask you to check your item before you pay.

• Upon the arrival of the courier, it is not permitted to choose between products or receive only part of the order. Please note that the order will either be delivered to you in full or returned in full.

• The courier will attempt to deliver the order to you twice. After that, the order will be automatically canceled.

• You are allowed to open the package and check the fabric and color before making payment.
In case you don’t find it suitable, you can return the order on the spot and only pay the shipping fees.
Please note: There will be no refund or exchange after the delivery is completed.

• We may need to contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order or request a deposit before the shipment is handed over to the courier company. In the event of no response or confirmation within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
